WHO WE ARE
We are a team of accountants, corporate managers and banking specialists with many years of experience in dealing with company structuring and tax planning. We assist companies and individuals in setting up offshore businesses and accounts.

We aim to assist clients in paying the lowest possible taxes and can do no better than quote U.S. Judge Learned Hand (Commissioner vs Newman. 159 F.2d 848 (1947):
“Over and over again, courts have said there is nothing sinister in so arranging one’s affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands; taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. OUR APPROACH IN PRACTICE
First, we assess the client’s requirements and what he is trying to achieve. We then recommend one or more solutions. At its simplest, this may involve the use of a low tax structure, e.g. Singapore or Hong Kong, and itself owned by a zero tax IBC to which dividends may be paid. Other possibilities include the use of agency structures for businesses operating in high tax countries.
